II. YEAR-END SALES BONUS PROGRAM
From January 1st to December 31st every year, distributors achieving the following revenue milestones will receive direct bonuses:

Bonus can be applied to:

IV. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Maintain a minimum sales volume of 20,000 USD/month
If this is not met for 3 consecutive months, TDG reserves the right to revoke distributor status - Do not distribute competing fastener brands
- Maintain brand integrity and product quality at all times
- Actively promote and expand TDG product reach
- Share market feedback with TDG to improve products and pricing
- Keep all partnership information confidential
